I have been trailing off a bit with my writing and cooking duties and here is why – I am gearing up for a summer of Farmer’s Markets to sell my much coveted HOT SAUCES!
Last year I rolled out two flavours as a trial in October and I sold out of everything. This year I will be adding two more flavours followed by another later in June.
I will still have my Hoochie Coochie Citrus sauce – a Caribbean style vibrant orange sauce with three kinds of citrus, habaneros and carrots.
We tweaked the Heebie Jeebie XXX sauce – with deep flavours of cloves and cinnamon, dried peppers and jalapenos as well as lots of garlic, of course!
New are my as yet to be named Jamaican Jerk marinade and Apple Chai BBQ sauce.
Come say hi and sample some lovely sauces starting June 4th at The Sam Smith Farmer’s Market every Saturday from 8am – 1pm. There will be lots of new vendors, live music, kids activities and yoga in the park from my studio Branch Yoga. Plenty of parking and an adjacent dog park make for a fun day. Located just south are some beautiful walking trails winding down to the lake and a few secret beaches!
